Hello, I’m Professor Michael Fischer. I’m an award-winning professor, executive coach and clinician, with over 30 years of experience coaching CEOs, senior teams, and leaders across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and higher education.
As a Professor of Organisational Culture and Leadership, I’ve delivered senior leadership programs at University of Oxford, Melbourne, Monash, and King’s College London.
As a former NHS Clinical Director and Consultant Psychotherapist, I combine deep clinical expertise with business school insights to help leaders succeed in complex environments.
