A globally recognised leadership coach and business school professor, my three decades of experience guide senior leaders and teams. By combining personalised coaching with organisational development, I help enrich your leadership journey and foster human-centric organisations.

I’m passionate about combining academic rigour with strategies that work. I have taught and coached senior leaders at University of Oxford, King’s College London, University of Melbourne and Monash University. I have a PhD from Imperial College Business School. 

I was a clinical director and consultant psychotherapist in major UK teaching hospitals before experiences of workplace dynamics sparked my desire to improve leadership. I coach and develop senior leadership teams globally.
